Pool Replaster

We continue to grow by offering innovative ideas in pool remodeling for large scale commercial pools and residential remodels. As we move forward in our sixth year of business, we are excited to introduce what we feel is the next exciting opportunity for all of our customers. Our company now brings you the 40K Ultra High Pressure Water Jetting Machine (“Machine”). This Machine offers the most innovative, cost and time saving measures seen in the industry.

We are able to remove pool paint and prepare for re-plaster in one-third the time and at a substantial savings vs. sandblasting and without the mess. When a pool needs to be sandblasted, it typically takes a minimum of two days to get the pool ready for plaster. This entails sandblasting, cleaning up the mess from the sandblasting, and finally the re-plaster prep. We are able to complete this same process in less than 6 hours on most pools with our Machine. The savings is passed directly on to the homeowner or contractor that our company is working with on the project.

No need for an Acid Wash to etch the existing plaster; the etching created by this Machine far out-distances the etching created by acid washing. We use water with a 40,000 PSI force to etch the existing surface. This effectively removes all organics and etches the surface better than anything on the market.

We can remove all hollows and multiple layers of old plaster without vibration damage to the surrounding areas as with traditional methods. Traditional methods of chipping the tile line or the fittings can cause damage to the waterline tile or the plumbing fittings. That is a thing of the past with our Machine. The water pressure removes the old plaster in layers and will not damage the tile or the fittings.

No need for a bond coat, cutting out 24 to 48 hours in the process of re-plasters. Typical bond coats require 24hrs in warm weather to cure before covering the bond coat with plaster. Our Machine creates a superior anchor pattern for the new plaster. Bond coats are also limited during weather delays of rain or temperatures under 40 degrees. Our Machine is not limited by those constraints. Our projects will not be delayed by the weather with respect to the prep process.

Our Machine is very versatile with respect to pool remodels. It will allow us to core holes in the gunite shell with the water pressure for the purpose of adding additional plumbing lines or pool lights. We are able to demo the floor of a pool to make room for a dual main drain conversion or main drain replacement. We are also able to expose the structural steel for spa additions without the chance of vibration damaged caused by chipping hammers or jackhammers.

Environmentally friendly process. We eliminate the use of chemicals and dust. We can perform this process anywhere with drastically reduces airborne particles.
